Following the completion of 290 storyboards frames, I produced a feature-length animatic of the film, voicing over the dialogue myself. The intent was to determine the flow and length of the picture, and to use the animatic to attract actors and crew to the project. Think of this animatic as a ‘demo’. My secondary intent is to feverishly study this version of the film so that I know what and how much to shoot on location, essentially having made the movie already. As an added bonus, I included sound effects and music, both for aesthetic value only.
